1/R23. 1 was performed by blocking the membrane in 5% non-fat-dry milk, and probing with primary antibody (R24. 1/R23. 1) and secondary antibody (goat-anti-mouse IgG-AP) sequentially. The protein band which reacted with the antibody was visualized in BCIP/NBT substrate. The original tube was submitted to Kendrick Laboratories, Inc. (Madison, WI, USA) for 2D-gel analysis after the Western-blot analysis confirmed the candidate protein was pulled down by the antibody.
