The Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Assn. was founded in 1961 by a group of dedicated trout fishermen and conservationists. Ybac is part of the PA Fish Commission Cooperative Trout Nursery Program. We raise and stock each year approx. 40,000 trout in the Yellow Breeches Creek covering 20 miles of stream including Children’s Lake and the special regulation section in Boiling Springs.
If you would like to become a member of an organization that stocks over 35,000 trout each year, including many trophies over 20 inches, you should join the Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Association, INC. The trout, provided by the PA Fish & Boat Commission, are raised in the club nursery and released throughout the year in the famed Yellow Breeches Creek in Cumberland County.
