Nodular sarcoidosis has been reported to demonstrate low signal intensity in all MR sequences. The lesions are most conspicuous on T2-weighted fat-suppressed or early phase contrast-enhanced images. Sarcoid lesions enhance minimally on delayed images (Figure 8).
