The Foundation of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic & Artistic Works was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1972 to solicit, receive, and maintain funds in order to support the charitable, scientific, and educational activities of AIC and the field of conservation. FAIC offers grants, scholarships, and funded awards for projects that support AIC’s mission and goals.
