In 1998, DOC acquired Worcester Brothers in Lincoln, and completely remodeled the site into a convenience store and heating oil office. Celebrating the spirit, grit and perseverance it took to build Daigle Oil Company, owners, staff and customers helped celebrate 50 years of being in business in 2005. Growth of the company continued in the years to follow. DOC expanded their energy product line with the addition of propane (DOC Propane) in 2010 and bulk pellets (DOC BIOFUEL) in 2012.
Thinking it would be several more years down the road, they were surprised when the owners approached them in April of 2014 and said they were ready to sell. After many prayers seeking guided direction, they decided to purchase Creative Impressions. Mark, a teacher with the East Bernard Independent School District, decided to quit teaching and dedicate his time and energy to the business. Dana, employed with an oil trading company, continued her daily commute to downtown Houston. In June 2014, they became the new proud owners of Creative Impressions, adding “Daigle’s” to the company.
