What does ARNI stand for?

National or regional issues relating to resources, policy, procedures, and regulation interpretation, can be elevated by either agency to their respective Washington Headquarters for resolution as prescribed in Part III - Evaluation of Policy Issues. Individual permit decisions will not be delayed during the policy issue elevation process. Elevation of issues related to specific individual permit cases will be limited to those cases that involve aquatic resources of national importance.
